Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We hope that you are happy with your products, but if you do require a refund or exchange for any reason, you must notify the vendor and It’s all Irish within 14 days of receiving your order. All orders are tracked with confirmation of delivery date confirmed by the courier company used by our vendors.
Once you have made contact with the vendor and the return of goods has been confirmed by It’s all Irish, then you have a further 14 days to return the item to the vendor.
If the 14 days has gone by since you received your order, don’t worry, contact us with your query and we will happily look into it on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility for a return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, un-opened, un-used and un-damaged.
Please note certain items cannot be returned such as food stuffs, toiletries, beauty products, personalised items, custom pieces etc. Please get in touch if you have a question regarding your specific product at email@example.com, please include vendor name and order number.
Please note that when purchasing from our vendors via It’s all Irish, that if you simply change your mind on your purchase, you are unlikely to qualify for a refund. This will depend in the vendors returns policy.
Refunds (if applicable)
The vendor will notify you once they have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Please be advised that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Our vendors only replace items if they are defective or damaged, if this is the case, please contact the vendor you purchased the item from and It's all Irish at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to arrange same.
Damages / Faulty Items
If you believe an item is faulty, or not fit for purpose, please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your product. Please note, we will ask you to send the product back to the vendor for inspection so please do not dispose of the item, as we will be unable to offer you a credit or refund if we cannot inspect the item.
If when the item is returned and we agree it is faulty or not fit for purpose, we will then process the refund as well as your shipping cost. If when the item is returned, and we do not believe it is faulty or not fit for purpose, unfortunately we will not be able to refund you for the item or the shipping cost.
Damages in transit
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please take photos of the damages and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
To return your product, please contact the vendor for returns address. Unless faulty, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. We advise you send your item tracked, as we cannot accept liability for any lost parcels in transit. Please be advised shipping costs are non-refundable.
